Service Model
Our customer service model is based on the following principles:
Fairness and Honesty
We don’t try to rope people in with low-ball estimates and “hidden” costs. We’re up-front with our customers right from the start. We won’t sell you more than you need, but neither will we perform services that are inadequate to get the job done.
On-Time Performance
We schedule our routes so as to be able to provide our customers with the smallest possible windows and to arrive on-time for our appointments. No one likes waiting around for service providers to show up, so we aim to arrive on-time, every time.
Environmental Stewardship
It is our goal to achieve the highest possible level of control while using only that amount of pesticide necessary to achieve it. We also offer environmentally friendly, “green” pest control services using products that are so ecologically friendly that many of them aren’t even considered pesticides by the EPA.
